Proposed 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath residence comprising two levels. The residence takes advantage of a naturally-occuring fire defensible space along an open ridge line with the project have a negligile impact on trees. The project anticipates the use of a slate roof having the benefits of a long expected life span, natural fire protection, and being a low-emodied energy material.
